Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal as well as money orders and personal checks.  Items will be not be shipped until money orders or personal checks are cleared through our bank.  

Sales Tax

We are required by state law to collect an 8.375% sales tax on all orders shipped to a New York State address.  All orders shipped outside of New York State are exempt from sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your order's shipping weight and your chosen shipping method.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.  We are not liable for late shipments or extra freight costs incurred as the result of events beyond control such as insufficient information provided by the customer, natural disasters, labor disputes or extreme weather conditions. You can read more about this policy on the UPS and USPS websites. Shipping costs can not be reimbursed if a shipment is delayed due to these circumstances.  

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email with a tracking number included once your order leaves our shipping facilities. This tracking number will link to the shipping carrier's website where you will be able to track your shipment during transit to the shipping destination. 

International Orders

We offer most of our products worldwide.  International customers will be responsible for any kind of import duties and taxes once package reaches your country’s Custom’s office.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict if or what they might be.  All currency is displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and will be billed that way.  Please note exchange rates vary almost everyday for each country.

Orders being sent out to International addresses must be paid for with a confirmed Paypal account, verified credit card, money order or personal check.  Items will not be shipped until money orders or personal checks are cleared through our bank.  Please make sure that the billing address matches the address that your credit card company has on file.  
Changes To Your OrderShould you need to change your order please contact us at customerservice@straightshopping.com immediately so we can make any appropriate changes to your order before it is sent out.  

Return Policy

Please contact us with any problems you encounter with your order. Please contact us at customerservice@straightshopping.com before sending any items back to us. Returned merchandise can be credited toward future purchases or a cash/credit refunds as long as the product(s) are in their ORIGINAL CONDITION/PACKAGING. 

Returned merchandise must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt to receive a refund or store credit. Original packaging must be included as well.  A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to all returns in good condition. We will not accept any items that have been opened. We do not sell used merchandise so the item is of no use to us after you have opened it.
